I just want to say that the management team here is excellent. Sarah and Kinsey are very knowledgeable, professional and do their best to solve any maintenance issues. You can talk to Sarah and she is so understanding and will go out of her way to help. We are proud to call Catalina home and recommend living here to others.

The office sent a technician the same day to research the problem, and diagnosed the problem. After purchasing the required parts, a professional plumber arrived and fixed the problem so that the toilet was better than ever, like new! Thanks to Maintenance and Management for prompt and professional service!

I just want to say my wife and I love it here at Catalina. We have been living here a year in November 2024. We have had absolutely no issues or problems with anything or anyone, management, tennant or otherwise. Our home is a brand new beautiful mobile home with a very nice concrete patio area which I love. I love the trees I have probably the nicest lot. I also appreciate being able to have brought my dog along. The shed is brand new and very adequate. Everyone in the office is always nice, friendly and helpful especially Michelle on the rare occasion that I have had to talk to her. I would and have very highly recommended living here to a couple of my friends and coworkers. We are extremely happy to be here

Friendly office and maintenance staff. Get what needs done in an acceptable time frame. Some friendly helpful neighbors. Wish I had known about this place sooner, might have moved here several years ago.
